A crowd favourite at the Geelong Toast to the Coast Wine Festival, this is an aromatic wine offering notes of lush apricot, honeysuckle and a hint of spice with a smooth refreshing finish that makes it very versatile – especially with food.
Wine notes
We have not produced a straight viognier from our 20 year old vines before and we are thrilled with the outcome. We’ve tried to show this wine as a direct expression of the vineyard, the characters of orange blossom and apricot come through and the balance of the fruit characters across the palate are set off by the crisp, dry finish.
