Wine notes
Our Pinot Gris is from a single vibrant, lush block planted on sandier soil which helps produce the lighter citrus based cool climate notes that abound in this wine. A small amount of lees stirring (stirring the solids left over from pressing) has helped soften the wine leaving a long balanced palate. Selling very fast.
