Refund & Returns Policy
If your delivery is incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory in any way please email us with the details within 7 days. If you receive a delivery with any breakages, we will organise for the broken bottle(s) to be replaced at no additional charge. We will bear the reasonable cost of returning goods that are incorrect. Any products that are returned must be unopened.
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.
We ask that you consider your choice before completing your order as we do not provide refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. You are entitled to a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
Incorrect address / delivery details
If any deliveries cannot be made due to an incorrect address or incorrect delivery details, the wines will be returned to us, additional postage charges will apply for re-delivery. Mount Moriac Wines cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses which are provided by the customer. If the incorrect address is supplied to us and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
